Our one-on-one yoga has its perks, not only do we tailor your practice according to your personal strengths and goal, we fit in according to your schedule and needs. One-on-one yoga would suit individuals who prefer practicing at their own pace. This includes people, who have concerns brought about by a physical injury or whether you have specific needs and prefer to work closely with a personal mentor to coach your practice. Tree Poses’ one-on-one yoga is designed specifically to cater for everybody. Our practice will take into consideration your physical strength and capability.
