When you step into our Rouse Hill studio, you’re not just attending a class—you’re joining a warm and welcoming community. At Tree Pose Yoga, we meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re feeling vibrant or seeking something restorative, our classes are thoughtfully designed to support every phase of your wellness journey.

Unity in Diversity

Each session is a flowing blend of breath and movement, with a sequence of asanas (postures) that both energize the body and calm the mind. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, our experienced instructors offer variations to suit all levels. You’re encouraged to move mindfully, listen to your body, and honor what feels right for you in the moment.

The Finishing Touch

We close every class with our much-loved Guided Relaxation—a serene space to unwind, reset, and absorb the benefits of your practice. It’s a moment of stillness many of our students look forward to most.

What to Bring:

  • Your own yoga mat
  • Any yoga props you prefer (bolster, strap, blocks, etc.)
  • A bottle of water—just in case you get thirsty

Live Online Classes

We’re also excited to announce that we’re adding live online yoga classes to our timetable—starting Monday, 12th May via Zoom! You can book in just like any other class. Your regular yoga passes are valid for all online classes!

Practicing live online benefits:

  • The flexibility to join from home or while travelling
  • Real-time interaction and support from your instructor
  • The same personalized attention and guidance you’d receive in studio

How to book in:

  1. Log into your online account
  2. Choose the live online class you want to book into
  3. Reserve your booking
  4. A separate email or SMS with a Zoom link will be sent to you.

Make sure you download the Zoom app to access your online yoga class. I can’t wait to see you at a Live Class or at Rouse Hill!!!
