Our group sessions are a harmonious blend of breath and movement, featuring a series of asanas (postures) designed to invigorate both body and mind. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, our classes offer a range of options to suit your individual needs. And don't worry about bringing any gear; we've got you covered with all the props you'll need, including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and belts.

The cherry on top of your yoga experience is our Guided Relaxation segment. This is the moment where you can truly let go and absorb the transformative effects of your practice. It's no wonder this is one of the most anticipated parts of our classes!

Flexible Scheduling

We understand that life is hectic, which is why we offer a variety of class times seven days a week. Choose from sessions at 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8:00pm. (Please note that class times may vary on public holidays. Be sure to check our live timetable for the most current information.)
