Today, I want to share with you a few of my yoga magazines as well as our upcoming workshop and our Mums & Bubs Yoga. What I love about my Australian Yoga magazines, is that they cover a lot of content about philosophy of yoga, easy 10 to 15 minutes yoga sequences that can be done at home & healthy recipes. If you are coming to the studio you can borrow any of our yoga journal magazines.
Australia Day is almost here. I just wanted to share a few things that I bring and do on Australia Day. First up my Australia Day Tote Bag to carry all my gear. This year being 2020 I’m wanting to be a little bit more adventurous, not necessarily meaning that I want to jump out of a plane, or jump off a bridge to bungee jump but just to be able to try new things. It’s about trying things out of my comfort zone, or even making small change in my own life to make a better impact on my carbon footprint.
So I want to share with you some of the things that I have done and tried so far.
