In this short video, I’ll guide you through a series of gentle movements that you can do right at your desk. These stretches are designed to help release tension through the upper body, especially in the shoulders and back, and help reset your posture after long periods of sitting. Even just a few minutes of movement can bring more energy and clarity into your Monday.
