About Booking & Passes
1. Do I still need to book into classes?
No, booking is no longer required. For in-studio classes, just show up and your pass will be deducted when you attend.
2. How do I join live online classes?
Simply subscribe to our messaging list by sending a text or email. You’ll receive the Zoom link before each online session.
3. What happens to the passes I already bought?
Don’t worry, we have a record of all your passes. We’ll manually deduct them each time you attend a class. If you have any questions relating to your previous passes, such as how many you have left, feel free to contact us.
4. Are my credit card details saved?
No credit card details are stored.
5. How do I purchase a new pass?
Passes can be purchased online as usual. You’ll have the option to create an account for a faster checkout. Clients can also purchase passes at the studio either before their class commences with cash or EFTPOS.
6. What if I’m a regular student who attends the same class every week?
You’ll be automatically counted in each time you attend. No booking is required.
About Classes
7. Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Yes, please bring your own yoga mat. You may also like to bring any props you prefer (bolster, strap, blocks, etc.) and a bottle of water just in case you get thirsty.
8. Are classes beginner friendly?
Yes! Our classes are designed to welcome all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Our teachers offer modifications and variations so you can practice at your own pace.
9. What style of yoga do you teach?
We specialise in Hatha Yoga, which combines gentle stretching, strengthening postures, breathing practices, and guided relaxation. It’s a well-rounded practice suitable for all ages and abilities.
10. What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, like leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt.
11. How long are the classes?
Most classes run for 60 minutes, with a balance of movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation.
12. Do I need any prior experience or flexibility?
Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga. Yoga helps you build flexibility over time. All you need is an open mind and willingness to try.
13. Where are classes held?
Our in-studio classes are held at Vinegar Hill Memorial Community Centre in Rouse Hill Town Centre, NSW. The venue is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped for yoga practice.
14. Is there parking and public transport nearby?
Yes. Free parking is available in the Rouse Hill Town Centre car park. The venue is also well-connected by buses and the Rouse Hill Metro Station, making it easy to get to by public transport.
