Bird Pose & Arm Balancing Workshop

We have a workshop specifically for arm balancing poses, which help you build and strengthen your arm muscles. Building up on your arm balance strength gives you the ability to transition to the bird pose. A very popular yoga pose for the yoga enthusiast, the bird pose strengthens the arms, wrists and abdominal muscles. It also stretches the upper back and the groin. The bird pose is great in confidence building to tackle more advanced options and poses in yoga.

 

Breathing & Meditation Workshop

Breathing and Meditation is a great way to calm one’s inner sense of self. It’s the internal movement of the breath along with deepening of the chest to create a harmony that can enhance our creativity and clarity of the mind. Its about focusing on the present – it’s this effortless movement that one can use to help meditate to clear the mind of any thoughts and doubts. Our workshop on breathing and meditation aims to help you along with the movement by guiding you step by step to get you into line with this practice. You can then benefit from this practice by incorporating it as a daily part of your life.

Restorative Workshop

Restorative workshop has been initially designed for those who are overcoming a recent or past injury and needed extra care in order to practice certain poses. However, we at Tree Pose Yoga have identified that whilst restorative poses are beneficial to people with injuries, constantly busy people, can too, benefit from these poses. Our daily pressures in life are enough to feel run down and lethargic. A blend of restorative poses can help boost your energy and calm the mind. What you will see in our restorative yoga is a lot of balanced movement and stretches aided with props such as bolsters, yoga blocks and belt.
