This time of year can get quite busy and hectic. Samantha will guide you through poses directed toward the neck, shoulders and upper back (common areas that can often be associated with stress). Also in addition to this workshop, we will incorporate restorative poses with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to get you in the zone so that you can enjoy the full benefits of calm and relaxation.
