Today’s session is focused on upper body strength. I take you through poses specifically targeted to help build strength, stability and mobility into the upper back and shoulders. This practice helps build the strength you need in order to do “L-Pose”; which is a pose done against the wall. Easy options are provided if you are just starting to build your arm strength.
