Today’s workshop is focused on one of my personal practices; ‘graceful abs practice 2’. I personally take you through this practice with the guidance of easy and stronger options. I also give you tips on what to do if you have back tension or need a gentle option. This workshop concludes with a few restorative backbends to help release the hip flexors and a guided relaxation.
The practice is great to strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor and if you are just beginning to build your core strength.
