Every Tuesday morning we invite you to be part of our morning routine by having your tea, coffee or breakfast with us at a nearby café called Ed's Cafe (Ground Floor, Homehub Castle Hill ). Share your experiences and what inspires you to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Make sure to let Samantha or your instructor know, you are going. They will be happy to show the way and join you.
