It's the festive season and I know it can be a stressful time of year. I invite you to my upcoming workshop, to take some time out for yourself to relax, unwind and learn techniques to de-stress during this busy season. 

I will be guiding you through poses to release the neck, shoulders and upper back. As well as easing you into restorative poses using the support of bolsters, blankets & blocks. Supportive poses with the guidance of breathing techniques help to calm the mind & body. Which in turn preparing you for a guided meditation practice, to help bring mindfulness into your every day life.

If you have never done yoga or meditation before than this workshop is a great place to start, you are always welcome to go at your own pace. If you have an injury and have been approved by your doctor that you can do yoga than I

Recommendation

This workshop comes highly recommended for people who are new to yoga, beginners or anyone who is generally interested to learn more about yoga. We can also recommended this session to those who may have suffered some injury and want basic movement techniques to ease certain tensions associated with the pain. No experience or flexibility is necessary, just an openness to learn.

What to expect

This workshop begins with a restorative practice using the aids of props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets and belts. A blend of restorative poses can help boost your energy and calm the mind. Sam will then guide you through different breathing and meditation techniques to help you bring awareness to your mind & body. It's through awareness that we can begin to be mindful of our actions and thoughts.
