I hope you’re enjoying your day Today’s class is a gentle practice for the hips. I take you through poses to help create flexibility and mobility through the muscles of the hips and hip flexors. This practice is great if you have lower back tension or just need to release the hips if you have sitting for long periods. I also guide you though a breathing practice through the session focusing on the breath moving up and down the spine. This class is a great way to centre your mind bringing mindfulness into your practice.
