Evening Everyone, Today's class is an energising practicing; meaning a practice for when you're energetic as I take you through poses to workout the whole body. This session focuses on upper and lower body strength as well as core. To help with recovery, I take you through gentle stretches just before relaxation. Easy options are also provided.
