I'm not flexible and not strong and that's why I do yoga. All my flexibility and strength now, I owe it to yoga. I can't imagine a world without it. The beauty of it all; is that you can start at any age, be part of a global community, practice indoors or outdoors whilst developing a healthy mind, body and spirit🧘🏻♀️.
