Tree Pose Yoga workshops are designed with our members in mind. Our workshops are paced according to your needs and interest, for those enthusiastic about increasing the intensity and depth of their practice we have created a series of Energising workshops that aims to advance the strength of your poses. On the other hand, those who want a more gentle subdued practice we have on offer our Relaxing workshops. We have created workshops allowing you to focus on one particular practice that you've enjoyed or benefited from in our general classes. These workshops will run for an hour and are divided into three parts; studio practice, Q&A sessions and relaxation.
