Inversions for Beginners (Part Two)
Building on from our workshop on Inversions for Beginners, in this workshop we will challenge you a little further in your practice. This workshop will incorporate forearm and handstand inverted poses, strengthening the arms, shoulders, core and back by aligning your spine and improving your balance. These poses will help to stimulate your body boosting your energy, which can contribute to a better overall body experience.

Who is this workshop for
While this workshop can be done by beginners, if you have completed the Inversion for Beginners and what to take it up a notch in your practice then this is for you.
What to expect
In this workshop, we will guide you through each preparatory movements and various poses that lead up to the inverted pose. It is not compulsory to perform all the inversions or exercises; you are more than welcome to watch, observe and ask questions during the workshop. The workshop will run for one hour with plenty of breaks in between. All inversions will be performed on soft mats, against the wall and under instructors supervision.
