Winter Full Moon
This workshop will focus on flexibility and your breath to hold poses for up to two minutes. By focusing on your breath you are able to help the flow of energy in your body which in turn relax you into the posture, soften the muscle and deepen access to the body.

What to expect
In this workshop we will guide you through the movements, a step by step guide into various poses, where each pose will be held for up to two minutes. This is a one hour session, plenty of time to enjoy the practice within this workshop and provide feedback on other areas you want to improve on.
