Happy Monday Everyone, Today's session is focused on the hamstrings and hips. For myself I have always had tightness through the hamstrings. With this in mind, I take you through a variety of poses that help to relieve tension and tightness through the hamstrings. Easy options are also provided, especially if you have lower back tightness.
