I hope you are enjoying your week ☺️. If you after a gentle practice...Today's session is a gentle session, stretching the whole body with using props. This practice is great if you are low on energy, had a stressful day and in need of a passive practice without a workout. Yoga props are used in this session to help you gently stretch into each pose. This also helps you stay in the pose a little longer, achieving an even deeper stretch.
