This workshop is an invite for you to restore your body to its natural balance using comfortable yoga poses which will help you work into the deeper areas of your body which need healing and rest. Breathing and meditation techniques will also be explored to demonstrate the different ways in which you can use yoga to bring mindfulness back into your daily life.

This workshop comes highly recommended for people who are new to yoga, beginners or anyone who is generally interested to learn more about yoga. We can also recommended this session to those who may have suffered some injury and want basic movement techniques to ease certain tensions associated with the pain. No experience or flexibility is necessary, just an openness to learn.

What to expect
In this workshop, Lauren will guide you through a yoga asana practice using restorative poses and props to support your wellbeing and relaxation. These poses will be held for longer to allow for a deeper natural release. There will be a focus on energetic centres in the body known as chakras which will be explored through breath work and meditation. You will learn how to safely work with the breath and meditation to heal and balance the energy within your being as well as learn how to practice effectively at home.
