My favourite yoga pose to say all the time is 'Chaturanga'. It's commonly known as the 'yoga push up'. I know it may be hard to believe for some people but when I first started yoga it was a challenging pose for me. But, with everything the more you practice the easier it becomes. What is also challenging about this pose is to keep your elbows in. As a yoga teacher, I see the elbows popping out a lot.
So in today's tip, I demonstrate a technique that helps to keep your elbows in when doing Chaturanga. It helps prevents you from cheating 😊
