What to expect:
In this workshop, Lauren Maree will guide you through a yoga vinyasa style flow which will include twists and backbends followed by some safe breathing exercises followed by a chakra healing meditation. You will gain an awareness of the importance of movement, breath work and energetic centres within the body for high performance with special attention to how to manage and protect your energy.
