Today's practice is great if you are a runner. To be honest, it has been ages seen I have been jogging, I do prefer to walk at a faster pace. In this video I guide you through poses that focus on flexibility through the hamstrings, quads & calves. Even if you are not a runner, you may still find benefit from the stretches; working towards your own flexibility.
