Today's practice is focused on calming the mind & body through breathing techniques and forward bends. For myself I was not a fan of forward bends as they put a lot of pressure on my lower back. So in this practice I take my past experience into account to easily guide you through a variety of forward bends. Forward bends are a great way to calm the mind & body.
