What to expect

In this workshop, Lauren will lead a heart-opening yoga practice to begin, followed by an introduction to Sanskrit and yoga philosophy where you will gain an understanding of your life’s purpose and how to live more meaningfully, through awareness. There will be a journalling exercise for self-enquiry and an intention setting mediation to carry with you upon completion alongside other practical tools to stay reconnected with yourself.
