Today's practice is focused on Shoulderstand. Shoulderstand is also known as the Queen of Yoga as in Hatha Yoga it is followed by the King which is Headstand. Just like headstand; some people can find it quite challenging. This was the same for me when I was first learning the pose. Once, I conquered the proper foundations of shoulderstand; I was able to enjoy this pose more, especially the variations. In this video, I take you through a flow practice to warm up the upper back and shoulders and guide you through preparatory poses before going into Shoulderstand.
