Yoga with Family & Friends

I hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year’s.

For anyone who purchased the Christmas Packages that included your private session. I believe now is a good time to book into your private sessions. You are welcome to invite your family & friends. Our private session is a good place to start for friends and family that have never done or have limited experience in yoga. The session is also set at your own pace and your free to ask questions at any time.

Referral & Rewards

If you are like myself and need to recover from your holidays, why not use your yoga classes as a mini get away to help you get back into routine? Tree Pose will reward you one free class for every 9th class that you have attended. Just make sure you get it checked every class.

Deep Stretch

Our first workshop for the year will be instructed by Umi on Deep Stretch. If you have purchased our Christmas Packages then you can use your workshop pass that was included in your package.

Our Deep Stretch workshop aims workshop aims to release muscles in your body by deepening the flexibility of your hips and hamstrings. Allowing the body to hold poses for up to 3 minutes. By focusing on your breath, you are able to help the flow of energy in your body which in turn relax you into the posture, soften the muscle and deepen access to the body. This style is similar to Yin yoga.

Recommendation

This workshop comes highly recommended for people who are new to yoga, beginners or someone who has experienced an injury and wants something to help ease the pain or to support the healing process. No experience or flexibility is necessary, just an openness to learn.

What to expect

In this workshop, Umi will guide you through the movements, a step by step guide into various poses, where each pose will be held for two to three minutes. This is a one-hour session, plenty of time to enjoy the practice and provide feedback on other areas you want to improve on.
