Trying New Things

This year being 2020 I’m wanting to be a little bit more adventurous, not necessarily meaning that I want to jump out of a plane, or jump off a bridge to bungee jump but just to be able to try new things. It’s about trying things out of my comfort zone, or even making small change in my own life to make a better impact on my carbon footprint.

So I want to share with you some of the things that I have done and tried so far.

I love tea, but I usually just stay with traditional blends such as english breakfast, chamomile and green tea. Since it has been a very hot summer,  I've have been trying a few different iced teas.

My Top #3 Iced Teas

For more details on how to brew iced tea you can see our previous video “Tea Blend for Warmer Days".

#1 The Cleopatra Tea - This is a green tea that has sweet fruity flavour.

#2 Orange Blossom Tea - Is a black tea infused with citrusy oranges as well as rose petals. I enjoy this tea during the day.

#3 Sweet Dreams Tea -  This tea is caffeine free and contains chamomile and lavendar, so I like to drink it during the late evenings especially when it’s really warm outside.

Lavender Eye Pillow

During my relaxation I like to have my scented lavendar eye pillow, not only to block out the light but also to to help me relax and unwind. let me know if you would like me to create a Relaxation video?
