The studio is closed due to the Government’s regulations. This means all passes; including class passes, private passes, workshop passes will be put on hold until we reopen. However, once things improve, we will reopen our doors as soon as we are able to.
Everyone’s health and safety is the priority.
On a positive note, We understand that these are unprecedented times and we want to reach out and help as many people we can.
The team and I have decided that we are going to provide short online yoga sessions and relaxation videos as well as positive and supporting content that focuses on the mind and body.
Please be patient, as we will try our best to conduct this in a safe and timely manner.
These videos will also be a great support, if you are feeling low on energy and working from home. Or you just miss yoga in general.

In my podcast, we have uploaded a few guided relaxations, similar to what I practice in the studio. This is for anyone who needs 5 to 10 mins to practice mindfulness at home, during commute or even at work during your tea or lunch break.
Remember, our mental health is equally as important as your physical health.
On a personal note, I just want to say; "keep up the good work on keeping each other safe and being supportive. We are not just doing it for ourselves, families or for our country but for everyone, everywhere."
