Yoga for Focus

Today's class focuses on stilling the mind through movement with emphasis on the breath. This practice is great if you have had a busy day and are not quite up to a slow/yin practice. In my own practice when I have had a really busy day a flow practice helped me to settle my thoughts. A flow/dynamic practice helped me more than a class that is focused on holding the poses. I found myself able to focus and relax more. I take this into account into today's session.
