              Today's video is Yoga for Headaches Workshop. Often when I get headaches it is most commonly related to stress from my neck & shoulders and sometimes related to my back tension. In this video I will take you through poses to relieve; neck, shoulder & lower back tension; combined with restorative poses. I find this blend of practice is great for relieving headaches.

              Today's video is focused on twists building towards side crow. For myself, it took me awhile to do side crow. In this video, I will show you a technique that helped me build my confidence and over time got me into the pose. I find this pose a lot easier than crow pose.

              Today's practice is focused on lower body strength; working on building heat in the body through breath & movement. Easy options are provided if you have lower back tension.

              Today's video is focused on lower body flexibility, working on hip openers. Creating flexibility and stability through the hips, hamstrings and inner thighs.
