              Today's video is on creating energy through backbends. It took me awhile to really enjoy backbends in yoga as sometimes it caused a bit of pain in my lower back. This is because I had back pain years ago when I was working as a registered nurse. So, I have taken my experience into account. In this video, there are easy options to help strengthen your back. And if you do not have back tension; you are welcome to give the stronger options a try.
