Today's workshop is focused on the feet. I often get tightness through my feet; from a long walk or just been out most of the day on my feet. And on the odd occasion from wearing heels. In this workshop, I guide you through poses that has helped me relieve tension through my feet as well as poses to help strengthen the feet. This practice is also great if you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis.

Today's practice is great if you are a runner. To be honest, it has been ages seen I have been jogging, I do prefer to walk at a faster pace. In this video I guide you through poses that focus on flexibility through the hamstrings, quads & calves. Even if you are not a runner, you may still find benefit from the stretches; working towards your own flexibility.
Today's practice is building towards a yoga challenge, 'Firefly Pose'. I guide you through poses to warm up the body, including the inner thighs, hips & hamstrings. It took me awhile to get where I am now with firefly pose. I personally guide you through a way that has helped me. So if you are up for the challenge, I welcome you to have a go.

Instead, I guide you through poses, with paying attention to the breath and your centre. For even as something so simple as standing, it's important to have your core active to protect your lower back.
