Today's class is focused on upper body strength and flexibility. Preparing you for the challenge pose 'Peacock'. An easy option will be provided so that you can build your strength at your own pace. I found this pose easier to do from locust pose, so if you have the flexibility through your hips; if you are up for the challenge, feel free to give it a go.

My new video is a lower leg workout including the butt and thighs. This practice is great for toning the lower body. But with yoga style; with emphasis on the breath.
