Flexibility for Hamstrings
Happy Monday Everyone, Today's session is focused on the hamstrings and hips. For myself I have always had tightness through the hamstrings. With this in mind, I take you through a variety of poses that help to relieve tension and tightness through the hamstrings. Easy options are also provided, especially if you have lower back tightness.
Yoga for Hip Mobility Workshop
Today's workshop is focused on hip mobility. I take you through poses focused on the hips and hamstrings. Often back tension is caused by tightness through the hips and hamstrings and decreased mobility through the sacrum. I take you through poses to help build mobility through the sacrum which can help to relieve tension in the lower back.
Mums and Bubs Make Up Classes
[Make Up Classes are now available from previous Term] Our mums and bubs yoga provides an opportunity to bond with your baby while also taking care of your mind and body, get healthy while connecting with your bub. Together with our lovely instructor first time Mum Umi, you will have the chance to work on areas of tightness in your body and build your strength back up after your pregnancy.
Foundations of Yoga | Standing Poses
Today's session is focused on the standing poses. I guide you through key points and tips from warrior poses to triangle. Standing poses are great for building strength for the lower body.
Restorative Yoga Workshop
